RJP is a nonprofit corporation organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes. This year our goal is to raise funds for the Reginald Phoenix Youth Fellowship Summer Employment Program, (posthumously named for his dedication to our youth) through the Neighborhood House Association (NHA). The Reginald Phoenix Youth Fellowship Summer Employment Program is an innovative youth/ young adult development program designed to serve high school and college students for developing future leaders. Reginald Phoenix facilitated the program since inception in 2009. In 2019, NHA’s program sponsored 33 interns, bringing the 10 year total to approximately 250. RJP’s goal is to sponsor additional interns for this program.
